  • Accident Investigation Workshop

    Without proper investigation following an accident or incident, the chances are that the underlying causes will not be identified and the accident will recur causing further injury or loss of life, damage to the organisation's reputation and loss of production. This interactive workshop will enable delegates to understand all the required components of an effective incident or accident investigation; how to interview witnesses and take statements; the information required by enforcement authorities; and how to do root cause analysis. The workshop will draw upon a range of accident case studies.

  • Advanced Risk Assessment

    Designed to assist managers and engineers with the implementation of a broad range of advanced, modern and practical, qualitative risk assessment techniques.

  • Bahrain Health & Safety Legislation Workshop

    Delegates attending this course will receive a thorough grounding in all aspects of Bahrain health and safety law. The course covers the health and safety responsibilities of both employers and employees as well as the Bahraini health and safety framework, its enforcement and associated penalties. The course will also cover recent developments and consider anticipated changes in the context of current thinking and plans in the Gulf region.

  • Basic Electrical Safety

    This course imparts a basic understanding of the physics of electricity and associated protective devices such as fuses and circuit breakers. It studies the range of electrical hazards and associated risk factors, the effect of electricity on the body, and electrical safety equipment and measures.

  • Basic Fire Fighting

    This course provides delegates with an overview of the basic principles and classification of fires, how they are caused, how they spread and the possible consequences. The course also considers fire control measures, fire fighting equipment and emergency evacuation.

  • Behaviour Based Safety Workshop

    Behavioural safety is a developing area of organisational safety improvement that aims to take safety beyond established safety management practice. There are a broad range of approaches designed to achieve this and the course will explore these and seek to identify ways to improve the behavioural safety of workers.

  • Construction Safety

    A course for those managing construction safety. It focuses on identification of construction hazards, evaluation of risks and identification of appropriate control strategies.

  • Developing Safety Policies And Procedures Workshop

    A very practical workshop that will provide delegates with the confidence and knowledge to allow them to design and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures. Delegates will practise and be assessed on writing safety procedures.

  • Fire Risk Assessment

    A comprehensive review of how to undertake fire risk assessments and how to identify appropriate preventative and protective fire safety measures, means of escape, fire detection and suppression systems. Examples will be taken from a range of industries.

  • First Aid – Basic

    Trains delegates in the provision of simple emergency first aid – when to seek assistance, what actions to take and what not to do when faced with severe injuries like broken bones or spinal injuries.

  • First Aid – Advanced

    This is a more specialist and in-depth course in which delegates will receive practical guidance and knowledge on a much wider range of emergency first aid situations. This will enable them to build the confidence necessary to undertake effective, life-saving interventions whilst waiting for emergency support.

  • Grinding Wheel Safety

    Delegates will have the opportunity to study different types and makes of grinding wheel and identify the hazards and associated risks of each. By the end of the course they should be able to understand how to use grinding wheels safely and avoid injury.

  • Industrial Security Management

    The course looks at modern security issues worldwide and aims to provide delegates with the knowledge, tools and techniques to manage security teams effectively.

  • Key-to-Safety

    This is a three-stage RRC-designed safety programme that progresses from basic, through intermediate and finally to advanced-level training. It is intended to address the safety needs of global organisations.

    A course designed for those seeking a career as a safety practitioner, or those new to the profession.   • Working Safely in Confined Spaces
