The training was professionally delivered by the tutor. He was very helpful, courteous and always showed tremendous support for each student in our group. He has an uncanny knack for handling each individual in the group as a person taking into account their ability, language difficulties and personalities. His “mind maps” were important tools for passing on key knowledge and memorizing difficult interconnecting processes. The training was made easier, was exciting and certainly never boring.
All the RRC staff were helpful, the lecture halls were clean, comfortable and conducive to learning. It was a lovely experience and learning has never been this easy and fun.

At the start of the course we were afraid and discouraged by the hardness of the NEBOSH course but day-by-day by Mr. Hassan's helpful attitude, friendly way of teaching, encouragement and new teaching techniques gave us so much more confidence that at the end of the course it became a piece of cake. The RRC training course I attended was well designed and good preparation for all trainees. The lectures and presentations were wonderful and perfectly delivered. Mr. Hasan was very friendly and a real gentleman. He is obviously an experienced safety professional and clearly skilled at providing instruction. For me, I really appreciated his diligent contribution. Not only have we learned a great deal of knowledge, but also made friends, had our eyes opened and we now know how to do our job well from what we have learned.
I will report everything to our company manager and suggest sending another safety person to attend RRC training ASAP.
