Training and consultancy is something you can only do well if you have good people and, to do it as well as RRC, you need really good people in all parts of the organisation. From the lead tutor to the cleaner, all play a critical role in delivering a quality service to our customers.

The RRC team includes members who have been with the business for over 30 years working alongside those who have been with us just a few months; it is this mix of experience and new ideas that gives RRC the edge over others and allows us to consistently deliver exceptionally high customer satisfaction and above-average completion and exam pass rates.

Trainer/Consultant Team

Safety, occupational health, fire, environment and quality professionals from Bahrain, Sudan, the USA and the UK. A mixture of academics and practitioners, with a couple of legal experts thrown in for good measure.

Support Team

Looking after our customers, from initial advice to sending out that all-important certificate and doing all the tasks needed to make sure the business works.

Course Development

Designing, developing, monitoring, and maintaining the courses. Recruiting and developing Trainers/Consultants. Planning and scheduling courses.
