Hasan Alaradi, CMIOSH, MSc, RMST
Managing Director/Lead HSE Tutor/Consultant
RRC Middle East is directed by Hasan Alaradi, one of a handful of Bahraini-based IOSH Chartered Safety Practitioners, with more than 25 years of safety management experience in the field of aluminum and petroleum industries.
He was awarded his MSc in Safety Technology and Risk Management and his Diploma in Safety Management from the UK's prestigious Aston University. He also holds a number of overseas qualifications in fire safety management, oil incident management, accident investigation and radiological safety.
He has an important role in giving direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organisation's vision, mission, strategy and annual goals and objectives for company development and growth.

Gary Fallaize
Director/Managing Director RRC Training
Gary worked with Hasan to develop RRC Middle East, initially in Bahrain and now in Dubai. He plays an active role in the development of RRC Middle East and has been a frequent visitor to the region over the last 10 years. Originally trained as accountant, Gary left the role of Group Accountant for a multinational electronics company in order to move into the more interesting world of training and education. His 20 years with RRC have allowed him to expand his skills and he plays an active part in the continuous improvement and expansion of RRC’s services.

Mohamed Bashir
Branch Manager - RRC ME Dubai/HSE Tutor/Consultant
Mohamed completed his MSc in Chemical Engineering and has wide experience in the field of oil and gas. He joined RRC Middle East as a Tutor/Consultant responsible for delivering HSE training courses in accordance with agreed business development plans.
Besides his tutorial services, he is also Branch Manager of the RRC ME Dubai office in the United Arab Emirates and is in charge of all administration and overall operations.

Sumaya Hassan, TECHIOSH
Operation Managers/Environmental Specialist/Tutor
Sumaya worked for Schlumberger Oilfield Services, initially as a QHSE Supervisor and later as an Environmental Specialist/Auditor, working in Sudan, Egypt, Syria and finally Bahrain.
Sumaya is now responsible for all aspects of managing and monitoring business development operations to ensure that business activities are delivered in accordance with organisational strategy and to guarantee compliance with the requirements of all internal policies, procedures and Quality Assurance (QA) programmes.

Gosia Tulacz
International Development Coordinator
Gosia worked for different UK based training companies before joining RRC in 2007. She started at RRC as a Customer Advisor and later took on the role of Sales Team Leader. Throughout her time with the company she has successfully developed strong relationships with the biggest corporate clients by running smooth course administration and implementing efficient processes.
As RRC is expanding internationally Gosia has been appointed to the new role of International Development Coordinator. She is now involved in overseeing and administrating operations between the UK, Dubai and Bahrain offices and assists in developing international partnerships.

Zainab Ali Ebrahim
Training Coordinator/Examination Officer
Zainab has completed the internationally recognised Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) qualification with Ernst and Young. She is responsible for overseeing the training programs including student registrations, tutor arrangements and determining any program's effectiveness to ensure the full customer satisfaction. She is also in charge of liaising with departments and accredited bodies for pupil entries to ensure the smooth running of internal and external examinations.

Mona Al-Hawaj
Accounts Controller/Internal Auditor
Mona has completed a bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Bahrain and she is now preparing for a professional qualification: the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) with Ernst and Young. She is responsible for the overall financial operations of RRC ME, ensuring company accounting procedures conform to generally accepted accounting principles. This besides assisting the lead auditor in conducting internal audit activities to ensure that the quality management system meets the ISO 9001 standard and is appropriately maintained.

Alya Al Shoula
Training Coordinator
Alya has completed her Advanced Banking Studies Diploma from BIBF and she is now studying for a bachelor's degree in Business Informatics with AMA University. She is responsible for the preparation of courses and recording training activities to ensure the proper implementation of training programs.
