NEBOSH Award in Health and Safety at Work

In April 2011 RRC Middle East announced that they were offering the first Arabic course for the NEBOSH Award in Health and Safety at Work, so I decided to enrol on it. The course was really good - it was in my first language, which helped me and others to understand it and apply the knowledge gained not only in my occupational life, but at home as well.

I would like to convey my grateful thanks to the RRC team for the greatest course ever and the great efforts which were made to make it happen. I would like to convey a special thanks to Mr. Hasan Alaradi for managing such a team, Mr. Haitham Alnoaimi for his effort to teach the course and Ms. Zainab and Alya for coordinating the course. Also Mrs. Zineb Habbal from marketing for conducting the survey and Mrs. Sumaya, the RRC dynamo who works behind the scenes.

With RRC Middle East you are not just studying, you really feel like you are among friends.

 Today I obtained my NEBOSH Certificate and passed with distinction, so please allow me to thank you very much for your efforts to help me and the others prepare well.  My biggest fear was that I wouldn't pass due to my modest practical experience, but this wasn't a problem at all because of the advice and experience you passed on.

I cannot deny that the exam needs careful preparation but your expert knowledge and well-prepared material were absolutely key to my success. In particular, please allow me to thank you for the exam practice you provided. You cannot imagine how those questions helped me to get psychologically prepared for the exam.

Really, your commitment and continuous support led me through the way. I always believe that great events are driven by great persons/lecturers. Please forward my special thanks to Ms. Zainab for her nicest and greatest co-ordination and understanding what we need to be successful in the exam.

Accident/Incident Investigation Course

First, let me convey my thanks to the management for giving us the opportunity to join such a useful course. It was very good and the trainers took their time with pleasure to train us. I enjoyed the course for the last three days. I learned a lot about Accidents/Incidents/Safety. It will help us to enhance the knowledge of our day-to-day work and for our plans.

This course is helpful not only to develop our knowledge but it teaches us how to act when an accident happens and what the safety rules are and regulations to follow up during the incidents if anything happened at work.
I expect more courses like this to enable us to protect our staff.

Risk Assessment

The RRC training course I attended was well designed and good preparation for all trainees. The lectures and presentations were wonderful and perfectly delivered. Mr. Hasan was very friendly and a real gentleman. He is obviously an experienced safety professional and clearly skilled at providing instruction. For me, I really appreciated his diligent contribution. Not only have we learned a great deal of knowledge, but also made friends, had our eyes opened and we now know how to do our job well from what we have learned.
